One of the best Assyrtikos outside Santorini we've encountered so far.

A single-variety dry white wine vinified exclusively from Viognier grapes. Gerovassiliou Viognier is richly colored and features the typical high alcohol content characteristic of Viognier wines. The bouquet evokes notes of violets and lilies of the valley, particularly highlighted by apricot and peach aromas. The wine matures for several months in new barriques (oak barrels of 225 liters) before bottling. It features a well-balanced acidity and a velvety finish. A noble wine, perfectly paired with mild meat dishes, white fish meals, and seafood starters.

Techni Alipias Rosé is a complex cuvée crafted from the premium grape varieties Syrah, Merlot, Sangiovese, Nebbiolo, and Cabernet Sauvignon. It features a delicate pale pink color, with a bouquet of ripe strawberries, blackberries, and sour cherries. The Cabernet Sauvignon grape adds refreshing and mild acidity to the wine.
